He is an M&A professional with over 25 years of corporate advisory experience at UBS, Lazard, and Citi and as a founder of Three Keys Capital Advisors. Daniel has executed in excess of $85 billion in M&A, advisory and restructuring assignments in a wide variety of industries including financial institutions, technology, industrials, energy and consumer products. During the course of his career he has represented corporate clients, family offices and governments.
