The Service Delivery Manager is the main interface between the Customer, the ICT Operations and Sales. The Service Delivery Manager has to focus on one concrete business area - Network and Network Integration It is expected from the SDM to step-in and actively take-over responsibility and steer operation - Manage day to day activities related to all.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Ability to analyze Statistical Process Charts (SPC) and evaluate trends.
• Attend SPC classes, perform bottle audits or studies, enters data into THE SPC data base, and print charts and prepares summaries as needed.
• Work closely with Supervisor, Process Molding Technicians, and Utilities to achieve a quality product.
• Audit rejected materials/customer returns and report findings.

• Ensure the effective daily operation of the middleware environments for production, test and development applications. Responds to and resolves help center tickets and developer requests. Researches, and resolves.
• Install, upgrade, migrate and maintain middleware software, applications, and websites in development, test, and production environments. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, configuration and administration and take.
• Implement standard web services using Apache and Microsoft IIS. Plan, coordinate, and implement middleware infrastructure using Oracle Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, Red Hat JBoss
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams to utilize and monitor system resources to implement new middleware environments.
• Provide on call, 24x7 support for production middleware systems on a rotating basis. Participate in GEBS and PCSAM assessments. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned.
• Report to project and IS managers time estimates and progress for assigned tasks.

• Plan, design, stage, and configure wireless access points, switches, and controllers, and provide escalation for monitoring and ongoing maintenance of the network.
• Provide technical support and consultation and ensures 24x7 operational support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other network engineering teams, BU Engineering teams, and service suppliers to ensure proper alignment on projects and network deliverable.
• Resolve routine issues and develop wireless network solutions and configurations.
• Participate on selected projects and work with external vendors and internally with other Operations teams, IT Architecture teams and different Business Units.
