I’m Daniel Hardwick, a final-year Bachelor of Business student at Griffith University, majoring in finance and real estate & property development. My passion for finance and property has driven me to apply the knowledge I’ve gained at university to start my own investment portfolio, with a long-term goal of building a diverse real estate portfolio.I work as a professional beach and pool lifeguard for the Gold Coast City Council, and as a kayak coach at PBC High School’s sport excellence program. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, 4WD, cars, and spending time at the beach. My goal is to combine my passion for finance and real estate with my leadership experience to grow both my investment and real estate portfolios, making a meaningful impact in the property development industry. In addition to my professional attributes, I possess over 15 years of experience as a competitive kayaker, I’m a proud representative for the Queensland Academy of Sport and the Australian team AIS, representing my country internationally. I’m also an active member of Currumbin SLSC, where I’ve been involved since the age of 6, fostering skills in teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
