 Provide technical, customer and platform support for VHA IMPERATIV® portal member facing tool, utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.  Manage quality assurance and portal maintenance for entire IMPERATIV® Portal.  Responsible for content management of VHA IMPERATIV® which includes blueprint, broadcast publishing, and content control of SharePoint.  Protect member and staff information by monitoring security access to profiles using Onyx CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce and Microsoft SharePoint.  Provide customer service and issue resolutions through advocating VHA IMPERATIV® and utilizing tracking software such as SalesForce, Remedy, and Force.  Responsible for running weekly reports to analyze trends.  Supervise platform and analytics department products such as IMPERATIV Dashboard, IMPERATIV® Advantage and Physician Dashboard in addition to building quality assurance test cases and testing prior to go-to-market release. Govern VHA Listserv which is an application that distributes messages electronic mailing list utilized throughout the company. Participate in project planning such as estimating time and cost, followed up by project approval and PSA reports for the department.  Create and supervise internal SharePoint collaboration sites. Performs quality assurance checks on monthly data refreshes relating to VHA business solutions.  Act as lead on Sunset member facing products used for knowledge sharing such as Share and Learn in addition to being accountable for loading and managing content, knowledge transfer, training, and running usage reports which get communicated to members and internal customers.

 Provided customer, technical and employee support for VHA, Novation, UHC, HPPI and suppliers on Marketplace NC2 and VHA.com.  Initiated training for on and off-site contracted member support services utilizing VHA internet tools such as Onyx, Customer Relationship Management and tracking processes.  Assisted supervisors by creating detailed tracking reports to track interactions.  Facilitated process improvement for member support which included creation of flow chart used for department call handling.

 Spearheaded a team project which consisted of researching content to improve the VHA knowledge management site  Provided support solutions for a member facing product known as Clinical Knowledge Management (CKM). Managed access issues, content, creation and reference guide maintenance.
