I am a passionate city planner with over seven years of professional municipal planning experience, including nearly 50 zoning applications, major zoning code reviews and implementations, and hundreds of new and redevelopment projects. I am also experienced in acting as a city liaison to the City Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Interdepartment Development Review Committees.I have extensive experience in development proposal reviews and have administered hundreds of proposals through the development process from initial pre-submittal to adoption and completion. I also have experience in planning studies and was an active contributor to the City of Richardson’s Collins/Arapaho Innovation District and Form Based Code which was awarded Gold Level for Best Practices by the Texas APA Chapter.I am a certified professional planner through the American Planning Association and hold a Master Degree in Regional and City Planning from the University of Texas at Arlington.
