Collaborated to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions for the client computing environment. Subject matter expert and project management function to ensure solutions fit business needs while conforming to overall enterprise strategies and policies. Completed several key milestones in effort to move to Azure/Intune. Key Achievements:• Completed enrollment of ~20,000 devices into Intune via hybrid join/co-management.• Migrated 20,000 devices from Crowdstrike, McAfee ENS, DLP, and MDE to Intune Managed Defender ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) with Bitlocker. The business was extremely impressed with seamless transition.• Implemented PXE boot globally for legacy build solution. This is impactful as it had been rejected 3 times in previous 10 years.

Responsible for entire global workstation imagining solution for the Enterprise. Using SCCM current branch, Orchestrator, and MDT, I manage a complex imaging solution for this global company. Introduced Windows 10 into the environment. Responsible for development and maintenance of the imaging solution. 3rd tier support for build technicians.As the Team Lead of the Global Desktop team, my responibilities have grown to incorporate management of the security stack including Mcafee ENS, DLP, and Avecto Defendpoint as well as Group Policy as well as other leadership responsibilities. Duties/Projects:• Project lead introducing a POC evaluation of Microsoft Managed Desktop concept. Including but not limited to leveraging AutoPilot, Intune, and working with vendors to prepare devices before they are shipped to be imaged and ready for use out of box.• Technical lead for the project that implemented least privilege by removing users from the local admin while using Avecto to keep critical functions running. This solution was successfully rolled out to 20,000 computers and users at an accellerated rate with minimal impact. • Windows 10 deployment and feature updates.• Manage Imaging solution for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.• Responsible for Hardware standards for the desktop computing environment containing 27,000 workstations. • 3rd Tier support for all global desktop issues. • Advanced Troubleshooting for Operating System Deployment issues.

Responsible for managing SCCM 2012 environment for corporate offices including enterprise desktops, and servers. Worked with a team to stand up and manage the environment. Worked closely with other teams including Systems Administrators, Desktop Support, Networking and Unified Communications. Duties/Projects:Managed Workstations and Servers in a corporate environment that included 1300 workstations and 600 servers. Managed all details related to operating system deployment for the environment.Provided 3rd level infrastructure support, and assisted in the maintenance and troubleshooting of SCCM, and client workstations; possess good understanding of the SCCM infrastructure including boundaries, site server roles, and parent/child relationships in order to troubleshoot SCCM related issues.Continually looked for ways to improve, optimize, and streamline software deployment process in order to ensure smooth, uninterrupted delivery to the business users. Reduced new computer build time from 8 hours to 1.5 hours. Worked closely with business units and other IT teams to plan, deploy, troubleshoot, and support application deployments; analyzed/rectified post deployment figures to meet optimum results.

Provided Tier III technical support to end users and served as escalation point and team leadership for the desktop support team. Worked with management and team members to provide excellent customer support by troubleshooting difficult application issues and interfaced with management to lead the team and develop innovative solutions for team development. Duties/Projects:• Managed application delivery and troubleshooting for new and existing software solutions. • Managed incidents that needed Tier III level support. • Worked as interface between management and team for day to day operations and future initiatives. • Managed communications between business units and team to deliver quality service and products to the business.

Responsible for managing a multi-site network for this small retail company including VPN, Avaya IP Office telephone system, PC asset management, disaster recovery, and support. End user support of PC's and telephones. Customer Service point of contact for order issues and technical support.; Designed and implemented a multi-site network including a VPN to facilitate IP Telephony.Designed and implemented IP telephony system spanning all sites using Avaya IP office telephone system and phones.Upgraded all networking, telephone, and computing hardware to seamlessly integrate them and increase productivity. Single point on-call contact for any technical issues that needed attention with any of these systems.
