Dedicated physician seeking to bring a strong commitment to community health in an outpatient clinic. Passionate about providing comprehensive care with a focus on LGBTQIA2S+ health, fostering inclusivity and support for diverse populations. Growing up on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota instilled in me the values of hard work and community service. While earning my undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota, I joined the United States Air Force and then completed a family medicine residency in Las Vegas, Nevada at Nellis Air Force Base. Then, I served for three years as a staff physician at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska, caring for military dependents, veterans, and retirees. Now, as I transition from military service, I am eager to establish roots and contribute to the health and well-being of my community, and look forward to working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
