Manage portfolios in the Rocky Mountain region for the Structured Finance lending division providing: growth capital, acquisition financing, buyout and recapitalization financing, and working capital for early to late stage companies in the technology sectors. Duties include structuring and underwriting debt solutions for new and existing clients, portfolio and credit quality management, and relationship management.

• Develop merger and acquisition strategies to help Universal Lighting Technology grow from $200 million in revenue to $1 billion in revenue. • Research comparable transactions, competitors, and suitable target companies for three different acquisition strategies. • Produce dynamic valuation models.

· Produce dynamic valuation models, five year pro forma projections, and growth strategies for multiple companies. · Create executive summaries, private placement memorandums, and term sheets for a bridge loan and a capital raise in excess of $20 million. Facilitating communication with investors for the capital raise.

· Provided clients with industry research and trend analyses, developed pro forma financial models and business plans, completed historical financial statement analyses and business valuations. · Served as the Financial and Operations Principle (FINOPs) and General Security Principal. o Responsibilities of the FINOPs were to prepare and maintain financial records, financial statements, and quarterly FOCUS reports in accordance with FINRA regulatory requirements. o Responsibilities of the General Security Principal were to manage FINRA supervisory compliance functions for individual registered representatives, process registered representative agreements and U4 changes, perform a supervisory email review, approve engagement letters and transactions, review of outside business activities, conduct quarterly and annual compliance meetings, and ensure compliance with FINRA security licenses.

· Created and implemented a business plan to position Apollo Financial Services to achieve success in a shrinking market and gain a long term competitive advantage.
