  • Evaluate and roll out software for users to increase the efficiency of work, including; Skype for business, Teams, OneDrive and a system for monitoring and restricting the use of mobile data.
  • Deployed a new Asset Tracking system, taking a full inventory of previously untracked assets and tagging all new purchases, in total over 200 pieces of equipment. Also doubling as a resource request and booking system.

  • Creating and Manage VMs on Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
  • Assisted with migrating the internal user base of from Trillian to Skype forBusiness and administering this service for users, including creating a PDFguide for users to follow, and running workshops.
  • Setting up new starters, including; imaging laptops, installing peripherals,creating accounts (Office 365, Avaya, Zendesk etc.) and deploying softwareand assigning rights via GPO. This also extended to troubleshooting.
