• Acted as the main port of call for all IT issues for a workforce of 100+ users. Leader and decision maker for the setup of new processes, optimisation of infrastructure and resolution of issues including:
• Sustain an environment of 100+ Desktop/Laptop computers (Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS), 100+ mobile phones (Android/iOS) and a Hyper-V installation.
• Support a user base of around 100 users through a combination of Active Directory, Office 365, Avaya Phone System, and Azure AD installations.
• Building and deploying new PC’s for all users, as well as building a WDS server for deploying images to desktops and utilising Autopilot and Intune as an MDM for laptops
• Evaluate and roll out software for users to increase the efficiency of work, including; Skype for business, Teams, OneDrive and a system for monitoring and restricting the use of mobile data.
• Deployed a new Asset Tracking system, taking a full inventory of previously untracked assets and tagging all new purchases, in total over 200 pieces of equipment. Also doubling as a resource request and booking system.

• Assisted the 1.000,000+ user base with all kinds of queries about the secureemail systems and computer/mobile device issues, routinely solving over150 tickets a day both on the phone and using Zendesk.
• This also included guiding the users through Exchange configuration,installing connectors and certificates and in-depth Exchangetroubleshooting.
• Co-operated with the Dev and QA teams in the testing and launch of a newSecure email platform, serving over 250,000 users nationally in the legaland justice communities, with over 10,000 emails sent daily.
• Creating and Manage VMs on Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
• Assisted with migrating the internal user base of from Trillian to Skype forBusiness and administering this service for users, including creating a PDFguide for users to follow, and running workshops.
• Setting up new starters, including; imaging laptops, installing peripherals,creating accounts (Office 365, Avaya, Zendesk etc.) and deploying softwareand assigning rights via GPO. This also extended to troubleshooting.
