Product Admin Specialist
Current-Providing support for clients Nationally and Domestically- Review client issues and errors within the ION Analytics Software - Reproduce client errors and behaviors in testing environments - Serve as a liaison between, Product, Engineering, and Development to further investigate issues or errors clients are experiencing - Report Bugs to the Development Team using different reporting tools like Jira after we Investigate behaviors, errors and issues within the software - Create backend SQL reports with tools like Power Bi to report on client usage and data and report these findings to Account Directors and Product Managers- Create client organizations with permissioned access to certain ION Analytics product features through backend admin tools - Pull back-end server logs using different server tools like Splunk to create user audits - Set-up and Create client notifications so clients stay up to date on Mergers and Acquisitions - Assists in looking over 5 different products within ION Analytics - Assist in client engagement, contracts, and organization information with tools like Salesforce- Create user profiles with permissioned access based on the organization software agreement with ION Analytics
