Accountable for design and execute National and Regional marketing campaign with Astra Honda Motor , main dealers and dealers.4. Maintain strong partnership with Astra Honda Motor as biggest motorcycle principle in Indonesia, that covers up to 75% market share in Indonesia.5. Responsible for achieving profitability target by managing cost and benefit planning, monitoring and designing optimum price and benefit structure based on segmentation.

Created comprehensive marketing report in New Motor cycle division that joined market data (external), internal performance and risk management to support in policy making, development of new products/ programs and price setting.2. Conduct strategic planning for New Motor cycle division from overall strategy, dealer/ territory management, activity plan and budget. 3. Enforce strategic planning implementation in division through PDCA process and people review.4. Prepared compliance of strategy and policy with regulator (OJK).5. Created and suggested national marketing program.6. Developed the first mobile application “FIF MOBILE DEALERS” to increase dealers loyalty through points collection. Generation of Points can be differentiated by regions, dealers segmentation, type of product, in align with the marketing strategy. This mobile application also enabled effective and fast communication between dealers and FIF.

Developed “First Extended Warranty in Electronic Multi Finance in Indonesia” with Chartis (used to be AIG) develop extended warranty product called “SIPLUS”, job description: product development, pricing development and creating promotion activity to penetrating product.4. Created comprehensive marketing report that covers market, marketing performance, operational performance and risk management both national and each SPEKTRA network to conduct better segmentation, targeting and positioning (e.g. white goods focus) and also creating effective 4P’s.
