Current- Responsible for delegating positions in store in order to be more time efficient resulting in increased customer satisfaction
- Execute Store Operation Assessments and continuously search for ways to increase the customers experience as well as increase the overall company revenue
- Address customer concerns, issues and/or complaints and seek ways to resolve the situation in a manner where the customer has a highly satisfied experience
- Supervised cash audits and conduct cash outs ensuring proper procedures are followed and adhered to in order to aid in loss prevention
- Responsible for ensuring proper presentation and proper product display is implemented during seasonal roll outs while improvising to better advertise the product in season
