• As part of the 3-year turnaround plan, support the reorganization of Swiss operations including merger of 3 legal entities and relocation of the global trading company from Fribourg to Lucerne area.• Responsible for a team of 6 accounting professionals managing the daily operations of the Swiss trading companies including transactions of raw materials procurement for manufacturing and commercial sales of finished goods delivered globally to EMEA, APAC, South America, Mexico and Canada.• Responsible for US. GAAP accounting and financial reporting to ultimate parent in Orlando, FL USA.

• Manage daily finance operations with 3 accountants including all aspects of periodic closings for the swiss company and its 3 subsidiaries in Germany & Austria.• Responsible for financial audits and reporting to parent company, Acushnet USA.• Responsible for processes and reporting of VAT returns in CH – EU - UK.• Support reorganization of I/C agreements and transfer of intellectual property to USA.• Manage bank relationships, credit lines and quarterly reporting to bank.• Responsible for cash planning and coordination with Acushnet treasury. • Coordinate filing of corporate tax declarations with external tax advisors.
