My main objective at Ellis & Co was to open a Letting Department from cold - creating a successful managing portfolio with over 100 properties • Meeting New Landlords / Property developers to create relationships • Carrying out valuations, rent estimations and negotiate rent and commission• Assist in marketing properties through brochures, leaflets and bill board advertising.• Qualifying potential tenants • Undertaking credit checks and liaise with HR departments• Provided property management services including coordinating maintenance and repairs ensuring completion before tenancies begin• Produce Monthly Statistical & Financial reports for the Landlord with any service charge included
