I left school with an avid interest in catering and spent 16 years of my career working in restaurants, starting as a dish washer and working my way up to a successful kitchen manager. After this I decided it was time for a new challenge, and I left the catering industry and went into facilities management as a cleaning Contract Manager, picking up various additional skills and qualifications along the way, including IOSH Managing Safety, BICS, and Train the Trainer. In my personal life, I am an avid fisherman, and I love being outdoors and all things animal related.
