I've been working in management for 8 years. Starting my career as a team member at Cineworld, progressing up into management in 2015 until 2018 where I held the position of team leader. This role was multi-functional, acting both as a team leader and as a cinema manager when it was required. I then pressured a career as a Customer and Trading Manager for Sainsburys, working nights. This position entails running the store overnight and leading a team in the replenishment of the store, ensuring that the store is in the perfect condition for the customer. This role led me to working in multiple stores across Sussex between 2018 to 2022.From 2022 to July 2024, I was given the opportunity to explore the world of Transcription with VIQ Solutions as a Department Manager, running their Non-Court department in the UK. I spent these years leading the team to provide great quality transcripts for our clients and ensuring the customers needs were met with excellent customer service and promoting the strengths of the software the company used. This role enhanced my administration duties and gave me a huge insight into the analytic side of running a department. Unfortunately, I was made redundant from this role recently due to restructuring. I can bring an enthusiastic, positive and friendly approach to work, with great communication and organisational skills and I am actively searching for a new role.
