I have a great love and admiration for music. It is one of the reasons why I wish to create music of my own. I started singing at a young age and the lessons I learnt stoked the fires of my passion for the musical arts. I continued this love for music by studying courses up to the degree level in Music Technology and Music. I have professional experience as a sound engineer and music producer .I am currently working as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the band High Strung, a three man group based in Nottinghamshire. I am a member of the Mansfield Male Voice Choir (MMVC) where I volunteer as their sound engineer and music producer. My passion for music has led me into self employment as a music composer. My experience as a musician has taught me the importance of working hard and making sure that the work I create is of the highest quality. I have recently released compositions to my website and other platforms such as Soundcloud and Youtube. I produced and recorded the training CD's used by the MMVC. Experience as a studio engineer has helped me develop my customer service skills when working with artists. Working with High Strung and the MMVC has taught me the importance of being a team player and how communication is vital for being part of a group of musicians. My current aim career wise is in audio engineering and music composition.
