Responsible for overseeing the growth and success of the 9Round fitness brand in Australia and New Zealand with 2 primary commercial deliverables being open more locations and grow the average member number within our existing locations. The role entails working closely with the franchisees and club staff to drive success within their clubs through creation and implementation of brand marketing strategies, standard operating procedures, system efficiencies and ongoing education and training.

Supporting the growth and development of the Snap Fitness Master Franchise program throughout Asia. This includes finding new Master Franchisees in key designated countries we are looking to expand into, and supporting existing Master Franchisees in their growth and development of Snap Fitness in their country. We provide the pivotal link between Master Franchise and Support Office to ensure they have access to the tools, resources, support and guidance necessary to excel in their region.

To support franchisees through the club design and fit out process including equipment, graphics, paint, furnishings and facilities, as well as co-ordinate and manage the Snap Club Modernisation program for existing franchisees and club relocations. Also to manage key equipment suppliers and contacts for both Snap and 9Round brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with a group franchisees to develop and grow their clubs and other key areas of their business for success. Major areas of focus include:- Developing and implementing lead generation plans and marketing campaigns- Supporting and training Club Managers and other staff on systems, procedures and policies- Ensuring clubs are compliant and up to date with current company policy and framework- Analysing financial trends within the club and affecting change through this- Assisting the team with the day to day operations of the club- The recruitement process for all staff including managers, trainers and casual employees- Reporting and analysis of the key drivers within the clubs

I oversee the day to day operations of a medium sized commercial gym. My primary role is to drive revenue of the business through membership growth and sales. My other roles include customer service, marketing strategy, sales, suppliers, event planning and finances among other things.

Primarily sales based role with a focus on lead generation and community outreach. I handled all incoming leads and worked with the club manager and director to create marketing strategies to increase exposure of the business and create interested to generate more leads. I helped coordinate open weekends and other one off event to increase membership and implemented strategies to increase member retention.
