Full P&L and relationship responsibility for an ever growing portfolio of Delegated Authority Partnerships. My portfolio consisting of; New Start-ups, Established MGA’s and InsurTech Partners operating across the insurance market.My responsibilities include:Evaluating new Partnership opportunities against the RSA Delegated Strategy, supporting due diligence and providing a clear view on whether the Partnership is mutually beneficial to all Parties involved. On boarding new Partnerships, facilitating various stages which include: Financial Modelling, drafting Contracts with Senior Legal Counsel, Underwriting and Pricing, Claims, designing infrastructure to manage the oversight of Management Information and working with RSA’s wider stakeholders to help get comfort on Governance & Compliance responsibilities, such as Conduct and Product Governance.Working Closely with all partnerships to understand their ambitions and how RSA can help bring this to life. Project managing tangible actions to drive Partner Advocacy and celebrate success. Accountability for delivering key P&L targets through maximising opportunities and minimising risks to both top and bottom line, Monitoring Performance of my portfolio and taking the appropriate action when targets appear to be tracking out. Enhancing operations with the partnerships by facilitating Expert to Expert stakeholder engagement on both sides to share knowledge and information to drive efficiencies and profitability. Influencing / directing key business areas and managing / leading functional support areas to ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio whilst ensuring the best outcome for the customer

Managing an MGA partnership operating in both Commercial and Personal Line Markets to influence top line growth and profitability of a c£100m portfolio.
