• Perform onsite X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing on various known and unknown materials (pipe, welds, plate, valves, thermowelds, tubing, exchangers etc...) to determine the exact material type and grade for customers
• Perform onsite Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) testing on various known and unknown materials (pipe, welds, plate, valves, thermowelds, tubing, exchangers etc...) to determine carbon and other lite elements to gain.
• Perform onsite Non-destructive measurement of ferrite content in a range of 0.1 to 80% Fe in Austenitic & Duplex Stainless Steels and weldments..
• Perform onsite Hardness testing to help determine the products tensile strength and also determine the grade of different metals
• Perform onsite ultrasonic thickness measurement (UTM) for a non-destructive measurement (gauging) of the local thickness of a solid element (typically made of metal)
• Responsible for building onsite job reports of chemistry tested to determine correct alloy tested for customer

• Maintain, test, troubleshoot, install, commission and repair BOP’s
• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematics to determine job procedures
• Performing and documenting pressure test of components
• Provide field service and customer support on equipment removal, teardown, troubleshoot, evaluate, repair, test and install
• Obtaining and maintaining inventory of expendable materials and parts
• Complete reporting, job and billing paperwork

• Responsible for checking mud weight viscosity
• Responsible for Tripping Pipe in and out of hole while drilling
• Maintaining, replacing and cleaning screens on King Cobra shakers
• Maintaining, greasing and lubricating Top Drive, Bells, Generators and Mud Pumps
• Load and unload drill pipe, and other materials delivered to rig site with use of forklift
• Maintain and operate NOV catwalk system
