· Project planning for the delivery of incoming state and federal employment/recruitment contracts.· Implementing strategic process for the initial stages of the project.· Coordinate the recruitment for the contract to provide suitable candidates for the employer.· Liaise with stakeholders within appropriate contracts to gain knowledge on requirements of their industry and how best we can deliver the service.

· Staff management across 5 locations (Cobram, Echuca, Kyabram, Shepparton & Seymour), supporting and providing relevant feedback on behaviour and performance to each staff member.· Supporting staff by affording good communication and completing stay interviews with each team member in order to gain a complete understanding of how they’re performing in their role.· Conducting interviews and recruitment including the onboarding of new staff members.· Managing the program budget and running jet reports on the profit and loss.· Approving and completing purchase orders through FlexiPurchase and JobReady Live programs.· Completing and updating necessary reports relating to program (caseload, claims, department KPIs).· Resolve any complaints/grievances that staff are unable to handle.· Implementation of strategic initiatives in order to build the program and improve performance.· Undertaking site audits and implementing strategies to assist where failing.· Engaging with CVGT stakeholders including community organistions, Centrelink and other government agencies.
