My career has started at the Oil and Gas Industry. I worked at a construction an maintenance company as an HSE Manager. During this work I was finishing an internal auditor course about ISO 9001 and 14001 standard and I prepared and maintained all documents for the annual external audits. I collected many experiences about HSE and quality management this years.My next step in my career was the construction industry. I worked one of the biggest Hungarian construction company as an QHSE Manager. My main tasks were to ensure legal compliance of the company. I participated some huge construction projects like stadiums and shopping malls and office buildings. It was great opportunity to improve my skills. I coordinated the construction processes from the point of HSE and I was continuously contact with the contractors. During my work I always trying to create an effective, helpful relationship with my colleagues because at my opinion we could reach our purpose if we are working as a team.Currently I`m working in Norway as an HSE Marshall which was a big step in my career. A foreign country and a new job always presents new challenges. These challenges help me further develop my professional knowledge and become an even better HSE professional.
