-Review order activity in comparison to projected forecasts and work with the planning team on inventory shortages; pull and utilize inventory reports-Review retail sales by account, identifying opportunities to maximize sales and minimize inventory liabilities-Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyze collected data and adjust and extend forecasts according to trends and lead times-Complete sales analysis and meeting prep; present analysis during customer meetings-Forecasting of replenishment items for product production-Analyzing forecast variances, order and retail sales trends to perform forecast changes-Internal and external collaboration with sales team, customers planning team, and merchandising team to analyze and build business-Evaluating sales trends and drawing actionable conclusions to maximize opportunities-Help develop and execute long and short term wholesale financial goals and budgets in conjunction with finance and sales teams

-Formulate an inventory deployment plan, and suggested order quantities to support it, based on the approved consensus demand plan-Set and maintain store deployment parameters, taking into account constraints and inputs-Confirm purchase parameters for each vendor/distribution center (i.e. lead time, order frequency, etc.)-Incorporate order size and frequency into an inventory plan that meets sales, margin, inventory objectives-Approve order quantities to be executed by production/sourcing-Review and analyze weekly store performance/inventory levels; recommend changes to forecasts
