My mission was to direct the site and its 50% a year. growth strategy, as well as to lead bids and projects to provide signaling systems (subway and main lines) from the bidding and tendering phase to engineering, installation and commissioning. Responsible for integrating the activities of the units: train supplier (Brazil), signaling system (Brazil, USA, Europe, India) and installation and commissioning (Argentina).Main results:o Participation in decision making in the executive committee of Alstom Argentina;o Budgeting and strategy of sales proposals for 7 projects;o Reorganization of Argentine signaling operations with approximately 60 employees, plus subcontractors;o Direction of knowledge and technology transfer strategy between the teams of Brazil and Argentina with the objective of developing local labor and suppliers;o Alstom's first expat in Argentina.
