CurrentMy responsibilities include:OEMSInspecting the box labels to verify that the information matches the purchase order and entering the results into LIMS (Sapphire) Creating PN’s (Problem Notifications) in TrackWise for any issues and assisting QA in fixing them by providing information and pictures of the labels, along with attending a series of SCAR meeting regarding numerous lot number discrepanciesAttending a weekly meeting discussing the status of OEM backorders items Attended a series of SIPOC meeting where the overall OEM process was reviewed, in which I went over the QC portion of the OEM process Sample testing Testing for bulk and line samples including GC (Gas Chromatography), optical absorbance, density, water, refractive index, conductivity and IR Maintaining the bulk scan folderScanning the data for bulk materials and saving them in the bulk scan folder, then filing them into iron mountain boxes and entering the bulk material information into an excel spreadsheet This allows easy access to information in case it is neededMaintaining the sample retention cabinetsTransfering the retention samples into boxes and onto a pallet and entering the sample information into an excel spreadsheet, along with requesting retention boxes from NDC when needed
