Successfully signed a global agreement with Global EyeCare company to deploy systems throughout India and Indonesia with potential for growth throughout strategic areas throughout Asia. We negotiated an agreement with India’s largest Optical Chain. Currently performing market trail in Delhi and Bangalore before deploying 500+ systems throughout India. In addition, have developed relationships and launched small batches of systems in Thailand, Philippines and Bangladesh. Also, have very established relationships with hardware contract manufactures in the United States and throughout Asia

Responsible for developing business within the C4ISR areas of business at Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Atlantic resulting in managing a team of over 250 personnel and executing $50M at the task order level. Experience managing a team who providing engineering, design, software development, integration, production and field support for a diverse group of customers and programs including for US Navy PMW-120’s cryptology programs (CCOP, SSEE, AIS and , ICADS), various groups within USSOCOM’s Joint Threat Warning System (JTWS) program to include Air platforms for AFSOC, Ground systems for USASOC and Maritime platforms for NAVSPECWARCOM, Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Intelligence systems (TPCS, CESAS, RREP, TCAC), NAVAIR C4ISR (PMA-290 and PMA-276) systems and Customs and Border Protection EO/IR systems on P-3 platforms. Capture Manager lead for the BA and PII Pillars and responsible for executing and coordinating with key SPAWAR Atlantic personnel within these Pillar contract business units. In charge of the $420M IWTDDA contract for SRC which received Exceptional CPARS over the life of this single award contract vehicle. I have rRegular contact with all levels of SPAWAR management from to include contracting officers, project engineers, to portfolio managers in multiple codes but primarily from 5.0 and 6.0 which incorporates all of the above mentioned programs.

Responsible for the Special Projects group which focused on Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) Intel Systems. Recognized substantial growth within the Special Projects group and grew number of direct task employees from ~50 personnel to over 200 personnel which took this group from $10M to $40M in recognized revenue. Led capture effort for the design and production of Communication Emitter Sensor and Attacking System (CESAS) as well as Tactical Combat Analysis Center (TCAC) program support and Radio Reconnaissance Equipment Program (RREP) for MCSC. Led the successful design, development and testing of the new Team Portable Collection System (TPCS) which resulted in full rate production and FSR support personnel at all MEF locations. Expanded SRC’s support of the National Science Foundation’s Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) Antarctic programs via SSC LANT by performing air traffic control, weather forecasting, and ground electronic maintenance on the ICE as well as provided capture support for Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) which provides upgrades and refurbishing to prolong the life cycle of these systems which led to an increase in revenue from ~$5M to over $10M annually. For AFSOC, successfully planned, designed and executed requirements for the upgrade of the JTWS Air system which led to a full rate production decision to provide 49 JTWS Air II threat warning systems which SRC is still supporting to date. Gained a clear understanding of leading a team through the acquisition life cycle from PDR / CDR through successful flight testing on C-130 and the CV-22 platforms. Led and won a multi-year FFP contract through Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Activity (AFISRA) and provided 12 personnel for worldwide Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) to support the maintenance and training of the JTWS Air II system.

Engineer responsible for Sentinel Air system for AFSOC which would later evolve into the JTWS Air Program of Record. Worked with AFSOC Direct Support Operators (DSO's) and designed a working carry on / carry off Threat Warning System for AFSOC aircraft. Successfully flight tested the system which led to the production of 14 units. Led spiral development of JTWS Air upgrade and managed production of 37 spiral upgrade units. Entrusted as the Project Manager for the Mark V program and provided full support to the existing SIGINT / ELINT systems on this NAVSPECWARCOM platform. Managed team that upgraded and provided worldwide technical and training staff for the Mark V platform. Received promotion to Program Manager during this period.
