Developed and implemented a flagship program prototyping numerous energy efficiency initiatives for the Fleet.Achieved the distinction of being the most senior Engineering Limited Duty Officer (Silver Eagle) in the U.S. Navy, providing advocacy, inspiration and mentorship to 1000+ Sailors and Officers to enhance their Naval careers.
