Human Resources Business Partner - 09/2010 to 07/2014 and from 04/2017 to 01/2019Acting as business partner for the operational and support areas, performing internal consulting with the leaders, implementing, development and realization of human resources strategies aligned with the organizational plan;Development and implementation projects for dissemination of organizational culture, methods and strategies for development of leaders and teams, attraction and retention talents, as well as career and succession;Performance in the engagement research cycle, its outputs for continuous improvement;Interface between the business areas at different levels, meeting the needs of internal customers and organizational results;Participation in the performance management process, identifying key gaps and training needs, monitoring development plans, ensuring deadlines and gools;Active participation in corporate education programs;Collaboration with the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;Preparation of reports and metrics collaborating with decisions making.

Coordination of recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction, hiring and retention of talent, monitoring and controlling vacancies in the areas and processes in progress, supporting the hiring needs (management, technical, specialist and operational vacancies) according to the strategy of business;Monitoring of services provided by external partners;Carrying out the analysis of positions, supporting changes in positions and remuneration, implementation of remuneration policies;Implementation of strategic compensation plans, incentive plans and market research, keeping the organization updated and competitive;Development and implementation of the evaluation system by competences and performance and its outputs;Preparation of reports with indicators and metrics collaborating with decision making.

Execution of the Recruitment and Selection processes for operational and strategic positions (application of tests, evaluations and interviews) according to the demands of the areas, ensuring the hiring of talent;Carrying out job descriptions and analysis processes, always keeping the database up to date;Interface with the legal area ensuring legal compliance, avoiding labor liabilities and supporting union relations;Acting as interface in the relationship between employees, leaders, and the company;Execution of routine work in the personnel department, such as managing the frequency, payroll, admissions processes, leaves, dismissals, managing files and service internal customers.
