I have built experiences as a field monitoring and evaluation specialist consistently for over 8 years which has exposed me to most areas of program management and grant management.My experiences cover around routine program monitoring, database management, onsite peer mentoring and capacity building (on EMR, LAMIS, DHIS, Redcap, DQA, RADET, etc), stakeholders’ engagement and management, stakeholders’ advocacies, MER tools training and utilization.As an M&E guru, I am meticulous towards understanding project timelines, reporting and routine deliverables, I have a track record of setting the pace on these and test running new grounds. I am an excellent team player (I strongly believe that the views of all team members count towards team success).My current role with a university of Abuja research project has further exposed me stronger on mixed method research (qualitative and quantitative) across various study designs.
