I have worked in the energy industry since 2008, with Phillips 66 since early 2014 and with Exelon Energy (formerly Constellation Energy) prior to that. My experience has been almost entirely within Finance and Accounting, with approximately nine years of FP&A experience involving variance analysis, external reporting, budgets, forecasting, strategy, M&A, and ERP. Additionally, I have significant experience working directly with executive leadership, specifically in my current role supporting the EVP of Midstream in managing $1.5 to $2 billion dollars of annual EBITDA and in my prior role working directly for the CFO building out and preparing for all Board of Directors and sell-side analyst presentations. I have five years of supervisory experience, including currently managing a team of eight supporting all facets of the Phillips 66 Midstream business, both wholly owned and joint venture assets. Over the past year my group has heavily influenced the transformation of the financial reporting processes across all of Phillips 66 moving away from spreadsheets to utilizing Tableau dashboards, providing senior and executive management dynamic, on-demand, deeper analytical reporting. The Midstream FP&A team has led the effort on all fronts creating executive level financial reports as well as an enterprise-wide daily pricing report utilized by over 1,000 users daily. The push to Tableau dynamic reporting has changed the enterprise-wide strategy for all internal reporting moving forward.
