Training Planning Analyst
Current• Optimization of training resources for the control of the quantities, dates and months in which each training of the fleets B-787 and A-330 is planned.• Budget amounts required to schedule annual recurring trainings according to the needs of the company and based on current regulations and internal policies• Planning, Scheduling and control the number of instructors for on-shore courses, simulator for Pilots, as required for the compliance of the operation.• Elaborate long-term, utilization and calculations for ground training devices (Simulators, VPT)• Planning and monitoring the projections of ground training and simulator for the incorporation of pilots, ascents or transitions between heavy fleets of the operator.• Contact and coordinate with the diferents training centers the reservation of simulators and ground training devices (FFS, VPT).• Generate and coordinate diferents procees about logistical issues related to crew training.
