Systems Data Analyst within the technology department at KFC. Working within the supply chain team at KFC UK&I. Main responsibilities included supporting the supply chain team during transition to a new supplier, organising the distribution change session at the KFC RGM conference attended by 1200 Restaurant managers and senior business leaders. In charge of the organisation of the supply chain RGM event session including creation of videos, liaising with partners on content and arranging a joint expo stand over two 1 hour sessions, arrival and placement of 2 new liveried trucks inside and outside the venue. This also included helping manage all content presented on the day by the Supply chain director to 750 restaurant managers over 3 breakout sessions.
