Daniel has over fifteen years of consolidated experience as a Lawyer, working both with British and Spanish Legal systems. He obtained his Law degree at the Valencia University(1995), and a Diploma with Merit in English Commmercial law at the London College of Law (1999).Practicing lawyer from 1995, after gaining invaluable experience both in London (Dabblestein an Passehl, trainee-lawyer) and in his own practice in Valencia, in 2005 Daniel founded Lex Consilium with his partner Guillermo Hernandez, aiming to give legal and tax services to the British and Dutch communities at Ayora Valley (Valencia). Lex Consilium areas of expertise are Tax, Accounts and Commercial law for companies and self-employed, and civil litigation, international inheritance and contracts for individuals.The original office in Ayora grew successfully and was followed by the opening of an office in Oliva in 2007. In 2011, due to further expansion, Lex Consilium has opened a third office in the city centre of Valencia.Experienced Educator on Legal and Economic issues, collaborating with the Legal Bar School and the local governmental radio station Radio Nou. Organiser and presenter of seminars in various centres, including own company, Lex Consilium Professional training, for both lawyers and companies.
