Currently working as the Account Lead for Battersea Power Station. Mobilised the contract in order to increase productivity and standards within our team. Having worked previously worked as an Operations Manager in such contracts as Bank Of New York and Goldman Sachs contracts worth over £4m through Facilicom UK, even through Covid we managed to maintain the full worth of our portfolio, along with an increase of service. I started with Facilicom UK as an Service Delivery Manager, with a portfolio worth over £1m with a region from London to Surrey, then moving to the South region managing a portfolio worth over £1m, so finishing my time at Facilicom as Senior Operations Manager with the Goldman Sachs Portfolio was a great achievement. I have extensive knowledge of P&L’s, Contract Costings and pricing, business development and H&S I have shown great skills and the ability to progress in my industry by working hard and delivering all expectations and needs within the Industry. I have been in the Hospitality and now the Cleaning Industry since my early teen years. I have managed to build my way up to where I am from starting as a Cleaner in Central London.
