- Manage and oversee an $850,000 training contract per fiscal year, Seneca's largest training contract. Find ways to effectively manage our budget and bring new and exciting trainings to our staff.- Lead a dynamic team of contract managers, host team meetings, and collaborate effectively with our team and leadership.- Connect and cultivate relationships with leaders in their field, as well as interview and recruit new trainers to Seneca.- Constantly working with changing and competing deadlines in order to meet agency and training needs.- Act as communication liaison between contracted trainers, guest speakers, participants, and community partners.- Coordinate a complex training calendar from booking contracted trainers through day-of event management and post-event follow up.- Part of an active management team that makes decisions for the entire department.

- Coordinate a variety of training events and training series for various programs within, and outside of Seneca, including Mental Health professionals, Foster/Adoptive Families and Trainers.- Oversee and help manage the online/on-demand trainings available on our online training website, this includes the development of these trainings for both for agency-wide requirements and for regional requirements. - Collaborate with regional and programmatic leadership teams within the agency to assist with various staff trainings as well as supportive tasks.- Support professional development opportunities facilitated through the training department.- Assist in other administrative and supportive tasks as needed throughout the training department.

• Provide individualized and behavior-focused mental health support to individuals and caregivers withintentions of minimizing identified target behaviors, while also providing adaptive and positive copingstrategies.• Complete necessary documentation including treatment plans, functional behavioral analysis, progressnotes, monthly reports, and other required paperwork in a timely manner.• Collaborate with caregivers and treatment teams to ensure that client’s goals are being addressed andconstantly worked towards.• Experience utilizing tele-health services, such as zoom, facetime and phone calls to provide creativeintervention strategies for clients.

• In-school classroom counselor at a public middle school contracted with Seneca; a non-profit organization that works to improve quality of life for children who struggle with a variety of issues such as foster-care, mental disabilities, and mental health concerns.• Implement behavioral and therapeutic techniques to meet student’s goals set by therapists and teachers. • Help plan, structure, and implement events and activities for student participation. • Ensure that state, local health and safety precautions are fully maintained in accordance with policies such as HIPAA.• Submit daily documentation and reports on student goals and behaviors following Medical procedures.• Regularly act as the liaison between teachers, supervisors, therapists and other counselors on the status of student progress.

• Assist the manager of CSG Better Hearing Center, an Audiology company with five business locations in Northern California• Assist in the efforts to transition the five company business offices to an entirely paperless workspace.• Sorting, organizing and scanning confidential intake, insurance, reports, and client history files to online software for company use. • Work independently and setting own work schedule to successfully meet set deadlines.

• Participated in on-going programs as a peer mentor for students with autism at the Koegel Autism Center, a non-profit organization in partnership with UCSB that focuses on autism research and training. • Worked with students on their goals in order to handle campus and school activities and prepare for life after graduating college.• Directly assisted in planning of student schedules, mentored and encouraged their activities and provided redirection for behaviors that needed improvement. • Worked closely with both individuals and groups of students along with clinical staff in developing and implementing scheduled activities.

• Worked as a gymnastics instructor for Encore Gymnastics, a local recreation facility focused on the instruction of gymnastics, dance, acrobatics, rock climbing, and birthday parties. • Maintained a constant level of high energy while coaching and instructing children’s and adolescence gymnastics classes.
