Supervised and delegated administrative tasks to three Maintenance Management Professionals, who maintained accurate historical maintenance documentation records of 53 Boeing C-17 cargo airplanes valued at 11.4 billion. Managed the part configuration program and special inspection requirements of 53 C-17 cargo airplanes. Planed, scheduled, and managed the maintenance and utilization of 53 C-17 cargo airplanes. Determined maintenance capabilities, while working in conjunction with the Maintenance Production Superintendent, to aid in prioritizing and developing maintenance schedules, workflows, and preventative maintenance actions. Used local CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to schedule and monitor completion of maintenance actions and workflows. Prepared weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for known maintenance requirements through the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Acted as a liaison to outside agencies, to include Boeing, ensuring needed support is available to execute maintenance workflows. Ensured department leadership is advised of maintenance capabilities, limiting factors, and adherence to maintenance schedules through the utilization of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and emails sent through Outlook.
