I started Hester Fabrication in my garage designing and building components for companies such as gyms and construction companies. I built it to a ISO9001 Certified company with 15 employees in a 7,000 sf advanced fabrication shop that shipped components around the world for Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Google, Tesla and other global leaders.Sold my ownership in 2020.

Managed the design, manufacture, and installation of custom cooling systems for data centers around the United States.

Managed multiple aspects of the construction of the San Francisco Bay Bridge including bolting, welding, and orthotropic box girder erection.
