• Developed team responsible for improving preventative/predictive maintenance program leading to a reduction in volume of corrective maintenance from avg. of 750 work orders/mo. in 2010 to 275 work orders/mo. in 2014 by.
• Energy Optimization Team member responsible for the development and execution of energy conservation measures resulting in $280K YOY savings by implementing, low cost, schedule/set-back programming and advanced coil.
• Implemented plan for cooling tower evaporation credits resulting in 16MM gallon/yr. sewer charge reduction and $40K YOY cost avoidance.
• Responsible for contractor management and performance reviews to improve service.
• Planning Team member responsible for ~$16MM capital & expense planning; delivered within 5% of budget.
• Realized $600K in operational savings/cost avoidance by engaging team members in quarterly “creative challenges” focusing on safety, operating efficiencies, fiscal responsibility, and innovation.
