IEC offshore wind engineering manager, starting with 5 Spanish people located in Spain, to have a +30 team in four locations with eight nationalities. Being responsible:• To create all the engineering structure in the Company from scratch, creating all the technical disciplines groups, hiring people inside and outside the Company, developing a three years and a half internal developing plan, to acquire all the skills required to be able to afford all design tasks in an offshore wind farm• To create the design methodology, tools and a unified criteria and standards throughout the company to ensure quality and homogeneity.• Nowadays, being in charge of the team management (7 different technical areas) to guarantee that Company projects and works in which we are involved have a suitable design team. Coordinating different areas to be able to afford several tasks in parallel. Leading the first steps of new works. Ensuring that methodology is updated with the experience feedback from previous works. Being the contact point for design activities with the offshore manager, committee attendance, managing the engineering managers and technical teams being part of decisions making process.

Engineering project manager in several international projects. Being responsible to ensure the engineering works carried out by the engineering organisations (those belonging to IEC as well as subcontracted engineering companies) meet the project requirements from conceptual design to construction phase. Introducing improvements in the engineering process: new kind of drawings for construction, 3D engineering studies, etc....

• Development of offshore wind farms in selected countries in the north of European Union: Germany, Sweden and Poland.• Development of the permitting process of offshore wind farms in Spain.

• Person in charge for the development of offshore wind farms in the south ofSpain.• Person in charge for the development of offshore wind energy projectscoordinating a team of five area developers at the nationallevel.• Participation in other renewable areas: solar energy, agro industrial wastemanagement.
