- Involved in various projects such as the Omega 3 fatty acid project led by Dr. Carmen Licon. Along with analyzing fat percentage in dairy products through the Gerber fat test. I was tasked to set up various sensory tests using compusene. - Helped produce and manufacture a Wine-infused cheese for graduate student Daniel Olmos. - Helped Graduate students conduct sensory tests, and gather participants. - Research and Develop a High-protein ice cream using protein isolate, casein protein, and liquid whey. Developed and conducted a sensory test through compusene. Presented at various conferences my research and findings.

- Covered a wide variety of college Chemistry courses, used tutoring strategies such as active learning, critical thinking, and empathy seeking to deliver content to students. In addition to Chemistry courses, I supported Food Science and Statistical courses.

- Helped process a wide variety of dairy products using good manufacturing procedures. Processed Ice Mix, Ice Cream, Cheese, Ice Tea, and Ice Cream sandwiches.- Preformed Cleaning in Place (CIP) operations after processing, along with Cleaning Out of Place (COP). - Performed inventory count, delivered deliveries, and wrote orders. - Student shift lead, lead a group of 3 or 5 student employees during processing. - Trained new hires, in good manufacturing processing, sanitation, and operation.
