Within Movate, I supply customer service on the current campaign for Scientific Games. We assist with providing customer service to the residents of Pennsylvania and their Lottery. The patrons of their state lottery call, chat or email us for help with their tickets and online gaming.

As overnight lead coverage manager, I’m responsible for protecting the store from any damage or theft, overnight. This responsibility lasts from night to morning, as a change of responsibility happens when the opening manager arrives. During the night, I receive trucks, vendors, contractors and repairmen as HEB needs and schedules them.
