I work with the soft goods. Our M&D team at FMF is made up of 2 people, so we have to wear many hats. We work in a very fast paced environment that tends to change focal points very often. I might start my day designing headwear and tee graphics for the upcoming season, switch over to laying out a seasonal catalog and then end my day setting up a merch guide and determining wholesale and retail pricing based off of costing.... It's ever changing! Regardless of how busy and hectic the work environment gets, it is very important to me that I am having fun and maintaining a positive attitude.
