Serve in a managerial capacity, as part of the store management team, overseeing the Loss Prevention operation at the store level. • Provide one-on-one job coaching, skills building and on-the-job support to identified individuals utilizing strategies that promote job skill development, independence and self-sufficiency
• Conduct assessments and interviews and implement behavioral plans for individuals
• Utilize approved behavioral management techniques and complete incident reports as needed
• Inform Vocational Coordinator in a timely manner on status of individuals’ progress on vocational goals and/or progress in community settings
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Provide support services to assigned participants as outlined in the DDA Individual Plan

• Review credit and loan applications to determine the client's creditworthiness and financial standing; determine the best lender, product, rate and terms respective to the clients financial disposition

• Supervise, assist and train several ramp crews, each containing 15-20 ramp agents
• Oversee operational and administrative functions of TSA security procedures, handling procedures, emergency procedures, dangerous goods and hazardous materials procedures
• Responsible for adherence to strict FAA and company guidelines, procedures and training
• Meet and dispatch flight, check-in passengers, assign seats and board passengers
• Maintain stringent timelines and flight schedules and reroute passengers as required
• Address and resolve customer service issues
