I currently work as an area manager for Kiilto Oy in the construction materials department. We are four area managers that work in the Uusimaa region.I am responsible for a number of retailers and my job is to maintain a steady sales growth in Kiilto construction materials such as waterisolation etc. and develop the customer relationships.I am also responsible to make sure that all the salespersonel of my customers know about Kiilto products and that they know about our campaigns. I also arrange trainings for the contractors with my colleagues where we train them to use Kiilto products.

I am working with over 400 customers in the Vantaa area. My customers are medium sized building contractors and i am responsible to develop their loyalty stage through the Hilti program and maintain a steady growth in sales.

During my time as a Hilti Center sales representative, my job was to demonstrate value adding tools and give technical support to the customers. My responsibilities were also to co-operate with the local Account Managers and offer the customers Hilti products and services.
