Key Duties and Responsibilities;- Handling Customer Service related enquiries from both customers and and introducers (brokers), received via phone, post and email. - Processing of Customer Service tasks including ; change of early settlement quotes on all types of lease agreements, non reg, regulated agreements and hire purchase agreements also including contract hire agreements. Change of Address', complaints, the end of term process, novations (transferring of agreements) and also invoice queries. - Training new staff which join the team. This would be on all of the above tasks which I do above, this encloses all of the customer service processes. - Account managing priority brokers. This includes looking after the biggest broker we have, maintaining a healthy relationship and managing broker expectations. - Handling HPI queries on the HPI Report. - Adding or removing asset protection. - Rescheduling agreements from a collections point of view. Rescheduling agreements to whether or effects either the term, rentals or balloons.
