• Analyzing types of incidents, establishing corrective and preventive actions toward handling parties and monitoring results of predefined actions.
• Establishing special task force with carriers and ground handlers / terminal operators for any serious irregularities.
• Communicating with carriers / ground handlers / terminal operators / coloaders on regular basic for monitoring the status of irregularities.
• Participating in the quality management team by providing Key Performance Index to management and advising proposal to improve / enhance smooth operation.

• Monitoring and maximizing the utilization on both weight and volume for scheduled and / ad hoc chartered flights departing from both Hong Kong and Macau.
• Negotiating with carriers / ground handler / terminal operator and coloaders for smooth operation on chartered flight.
• Coordinating the container loading and sea freight feeder service between Hong Kong and Macau for chartered flight.
• Preparing performance report for the purpose of internal analysis.

• Providing high quality of customer services toward famous / MNC clients according to agreed SOPs.
• Handling inquiries / complaints and seeking opportunities of improvement by demonstrating customer satisfaction.

• Preparing monthly KPI, P&L for top management.
