I am an experienced and dynamic technology leader with expertise in business process improvement, reporting and analytics, and retail POS and ERP solutions. I have a deep understanding of the end-to-end retail sales cycle, and specifically how technology solutions can either increase or decrease sales friction and can lead to increased success. Some of my recent achievements include solutions to the problems modern businesses face:Business leaders require real-time and on-demand access to data and metrics in order to make quality decisions. As V.P. of Information Technology, I implemented Microsoft Power BI as part of a transformative project that resulted in our next generation information reporting and dashboarding solution. As part of this project, I identified the decision-making processes across multiple departments and translated these into a bespoke solution for the organization’s needs.Multi-modal payment acceptance is here to stay. Customers expect to be able to complete payments quickly and securely, regardless of their location. Simultaneously, online payment acceptance presents unique challenges, offering an opportunity for increased revenue, while imposing increased processing expense and fraud risk. In my role as head of I.T. and Finance, I integrated a 3DS2 solution from PAAY into our existing payment platform for high-value payments. When thoughtfully and strategically implemented, 3DS2 can allow for non-repudiation of a charge, substantially reducing business risk of online fraud chargeback.
