· Managed the entire operation of a mid-rise luxury community located in the prestigious Dr. Phillips neighborhood of Orlando. Responsibilities included budget control, occupancy, and retention along with providing amazing customer service. This position includes leasing and management of 8 retail units on site.

· Responsible for overall operation and success of a recently renovated and stabilized community, to include achieving results in NOI and meeting goals related to customer sentiment and occupancy and retention. Budget management.

· Managed several communities within Camden to include both older and newer product as well as luxury high-rise communities with an average of 400 units. Managed multiple communities for over one year with a total of over 800 apartments units. Managed Lease Up, Repositions, and Acquisition communities. Retail management of our downtown community with 10 retail and 2 anchor stores.· Responsible for the overall operations and success of a community I was assigned to, which included achieving results and meeting goals related to customer satisfaction, occupancy, and retention. NOI and budgeted management were key components to success in Camden.
