Growing veggies and growing people are my specialties. Rooted in my experience as both a social worker and organic farmer, I use food, gardening, and agriculture as a vehicle for building community and fostering personal growth. Through this work, I am able to add value to all stakeholders of public spaces --- from landowners, to farmers/vendors, to community members.Organic farms (rural and urban), animating vacant lands in transition, condo community gardens, farmers markets, and agri-business training, are a few of the projects I am currently spearheading. Through these various projects, I am able to build upon my life's work of both serving social communities and the ecology that we depend upon.
