Responsible for the communication of the IT Group Functions with various projects, among others:Conception, creation as well as follow-up of the video blog "Dsquared", together with the CIO Group Functions as well as Group CISO David Thornewill von Essen. In total, more than 20 episodes and thus almost 100 relevant IT topics have already been published.Establishment and management of "communITy 2020", a network of over 200 colleagues from Group Functions, all of whom are technically skilled but work outside of IT. Regular events, newsletters and community management on Yammer were part of the community.Conception, planning and implementation of the "Data Conference", an annual event with over 300 colleagues who are interested in data processing. Part of it was the community management as well as the video production for interviews with data managers.Idea, conception and management of "making IT easy", a central video platform for all employees, based on hundreds of short how-to videos by myself and other colleagues. Part of it was the community management of Yammer, the creation and administration of the portal and the empowerment of many staff members to use video programmes. As the main person responsible, I ensured the sustainable development of the programme, which is still an integral part of the communication strategy of IT Services and IT Group Functions after my departure.

Responsible for various projects in the "Media Management Team", among others:Main responsible and workstream leader of the information architecture as well as the graphic design of myNet, the then newly created intranet of Deutsche Post DHL Group. Part of the information architecture was the development of the CMS of myNet, a concept for the content migration from the old intranet COIN to myNet as well as a navigation structure to make all content accessible for employees.Responsible for the communication campaign for end users of myNet to reach more than 2,500 employees worldwide in 21 languages via live conferences on Lync with the help of project colleagues.Creation and implementation of communication documents as well as an empowerment concept and training for Extranet Germany, the first digital portal for operational employees in Germany.
